 WHITE SOX TOP STORY
Thome Singles Sox Past Angels
Jon Garland wasn't around for this decision as the White Sox got to closer Francisco Rodriguez in the ninth inning for the 4-3 win on Thursday. Jim Thome singled home A.J. Pierzynski to give them the lead with two outs. Bobby Jenks threw a perfect inning for the save. CSN's Bill Melton breaks down the Sox first 40 games.
